1. Develop a knowledge and understanding of skills and attitudes for health and physical development.
2. Develop enhanced motor skills through dynamic movement, and acquire a knowledge and understanding of those movements.
3. Develop positive attitudes to physical education and physical activity.
4. Develop skills and attitudes that enhance their interaction and relationships with others.
